Eine Karte in zarten Farben

Hallo Ihr Lieben!

Hello everyone!
Over at the Noor!Design UK Blog I am sharing this card today for which I've picked a color combo I rarely use. I wanted a soft and romantic look - Valentine's Day isn't that far away anymore.

As the base I used the Recipe Card die and put different designer's papers in soft pinks and turquoises on top of it. Inbetween I've added some lace and a doily.
The great flourish corners are made using the Wedding Lace die by Magnolia - I just cut them along the line of the flourish to get single corners.

As the image I used this Edwin with Rose. He's been colored in with Copics but very softly. That's why there isn't much contrast or detail in the coloring. But I wanted the colors match the papers I've picked.

I've decorated my card with different die cuts. And of course I had to add something floral for a Valentines's Day cardd. I used the Typewriter die, a flourish die and a branch. The great heart from birch bark fits my colors perfectly since it has a greyish-blue look.
